Ann Marlin

Ann's entrepreneurial journey commenced in 2005 when she acquired her first business—a wedding planning venture. In just two years, she not only tripled its revenue but also expanded the number of events. Simultaneously, Ann purchased a custom stationery business to complement the wedding and event planning facet. Over the years, her businesses thrived, earning recognition as a leading wedding planner in Colorado. In 2020, she successfully sold both enterprises, which continue to be acclaimed as a top wedding planning company in Colorado

In June 2021, Ann added real estate agent to her repertoire, obtaining her license and joining the ELEVATION team. Her role involves cultivating broker relationships, implementing systems, and servicing nationwide hedge funds. As the leader of the ELEVATION team, Ann oversaw a distinctive sourcing and acquisition strategy, resulting in the purchase of over 300 homes in the Denver area. Personally closing 18 deals within two months, she later transitioned to a management position, overseeing a team of 10 licensed real estate brokers and leading broker expansion in metro Denver with eXp Realty.

With the ELEVATION team's growth, Ann sought a new corporate headquarters, ultimately negotiating the deal for the Broadway Collective. She played a pivotal role in designing and managing the 24-office coworking space, handling leasing, customer service, marketing, and overall business operations.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ann cherishes moments with her three teenage children, actively supporting their athletic and academic pursuits. She finds joy in travel, yoga, and quality time with family and close friends. An avid volunteer, Ann contributes to A Little Help, an organization dedicated to assisting senior citizens in gracefully aging in their homes.
